We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, please make sure to read the description of items before purchasing.

All items sold on goodshops.xyz DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

RETURNS

1.We only exchange items due to sizing issues or quality issues.

2.If you want to make a claim about quality, you must provide detailed photos of your issue in order for it to be placed under review. The claim will be reviewed by us and we will determine if the quality issue exchange is accepted or denied.

3. In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion on the rejected-return item.

4. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Top Rep Shoes customer service within 24 hours of receipt.

goodshops.xyz will not be held liable for any parcels marked as delivered. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in goodshops.xyz or other mishaps from happening.
